I’ve just recently completed the 28 day Challenge at ELEMENT Fitness. The short and sharp challenge program was a great way to enhance my gym experience and meet other people with the same focus.

I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge which was well supported by Lasantha, the Personal Trainer and the Element Fitness staff.


It’s amazing how quickly 4 weeks can go when you concentrate on a positive outcome and then see results. This has definitely been great kickstart for me and I am very grateful. I would definitely recommend this kind of challenge to anyone who wants a change.

Hi here is Qing, I took part in 28 days challenge class which amazingly helped me in many ways! At the beginning I was quite not sure what it is like, but when it started, I knew I have made a great choice! our trainer Lasantha helped us knowing what to do, sometimes training is hard but does work well to our body. I have lost 2.6kg in 28 days!


Comparing the two body scan results, muscles increase and fat goes down, which is great. I have to say it's very lucky to meet Lasantha and those lovely people in our group. You know it's much easier to achieve your goal if you are in a group, you'll be motivated and encouraged all the time, which is really helpful!


Thanks Lasantha and all Element staff, this program is awesome!

Doing the 28 day challenge at Element earlier this year was a surprising win for me. I’m mid 50’s and always been overweight. I enrolled early, but by the time the challenge started my motivation wasn’t so great. Still, I fronted up to weigh in – which was the first surprise – it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting – sometimes it is better to know than to assume the worst.


The team at Element are always the best – great, understanding, personable, approachable and competent people who just encourage and enable you to meet your goals in a safe and maintainable way. I had a good couple of weeks and then had a few personal challenges and workload that left me not really hitting my goals in the last fortnight and I was feeling bad about my effort again.


Turned up for final weigh in and blow me down but I made some real inroads to losing weight and building muscle. If I hadn’t then I would still have been feeling bad about myself feeding bad behaviours.


I jumped at the chance to do another 28 day with all the terrific team and the gym going community. Thanks, Element.
